What we collect and why

Contact and booking form. When you fill in the form we receive your name, email address, company and message. We use these only to answer your question and to handle your meeting room booking. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Website visits. With your consent we collect anonymous statistics on how the site is used, such as pages viewed and the type of device. This helps us improve the site.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for up to two years after our last contact, unless an agreement follows. Then we keep the data as long as the law requires, for example seven years for financial records.

Who we share it with

  • Squarespace hosts this website and processes the form for us. Squarespace may store data outside the EU, under the EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Lunchdomein receives the number of guests and any dietary wishes if you order lunch with a meeting room.
  • Google receives data only if you choose to show the map on this site.
